"I came to Dr. Spencer with back & hip pain and was severely limited in my mobility. I've been to chiropractors in the past that gave me the same adjustment they would give anyone. Dr. Spencer is different. She asked me to do a couple of things so she could check my range of motion, did thermal imaging, and x-rays. I came back the next day. "I am an active 71 year old male, retired at 70. Had been tested and treated by orthopedic specialists for a bulging disc in my lower back that was pinching a nerve. All helped considerably with walking, but it did not completely go away. I still could not sleep in some positions without waking and made no attempts lifting over 15lbs.

I made an appointment with Dr. Spencer, who did x-rays, nerve testing, and a thermal scan. She recommended back decompression with Class IV laser treatment. I started treatment and stopped taking the anti-inflammatory. Right away, I noticed improvement and followed instructions not to lift over 20 lbs.

After completion of treatment, I have no signs of pain or tingling, can sleep in any position without waking, do not take any anti-inflammatory medication, and can pursue normal activity including lifting while using the recommended safe lifting practices. Dr. Spencer and the staff are wonderful, they explained the diagnosis, treatment, expected results, cost of care, and provided several payment options.
